Onaris certifies that the electroplating process will be performed in conformance to our Quality Standard, and we Guarantee our quality for a period of 12 months. Warranty will cover the customer at no extra charge for the replating of all Onaris Gold Layered and Silver Layered products, products send for replating must have our Signature Stamp to qualify for warranty.
Orders received by Onaris in which at customer request are put in production and plated below our Standard Quality, will not be subject to warranty and our signature stamp won't be included on those pieces.
Returns
All claims or adjustments must be made within 10 (10) days of receipt of order; otherwise, the order will be considered complete.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and the issuing of a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, you must call our Customer Service Department. The return authorization process allows your rework order to be efficiently processed through our plant and back to you.
Customer Service
Any work requiring replating for any reason is to be accompanied by the following information: date, invoice number, and purchase order number. Once received at Onaris, a credit memorandum will be issued and rebilling will be done at the completion of reprocessing. Products must have our Signature Stamp to qualify for warranty.
